You need to clear 2 rounds of algo questions to move forward to the final interview stage
Post final interview a final status will be shared with you

Ralph Paul: there is no limitation to eligibility, except that you should be a 2017 pass out graduate, and should know how to code.. we do not limit students of any selective stream also..if you think you can code you can apply with us for the coding test

Ralph Paul: all of you will receive a mail invitation for the test and the schedule which be shared post this session. The primary selection is an online test, you get 90 minutes to solve 3 questions. post the test the shortlisted students will be invited for further Skype rounds. Skype rounds will comprise of Algo rounds(you have to clear 2 rounds out of 3 total algo rounds)
post these algo rounds you will have a final interview call, ie conducted by our hiring managers..this will be your last round.

Ralph Paul: As a Software Engineer you will engage in product engineering efforts at Directi and work with world class dev teams to develop game-changing, globally distributed, Web 2.0 products used by millions worldwide.
You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of a project, including strategy, vision, design, UX, coding, architecture, deployment etc, and will be chiefly expected to deliver clean, testable and well-designed code for the same.

Ralph Paul: once you have joined, you will attend a 4 week bootcamp session where necessary trainig will be provided
