Mr. Aravind Irodi : The assessment process includes an Online test (Aptitude, reasoning, analytical and logical questions) followed by 1 technical round and HR round.
The assessment will be based on aptitude and attitude (Ability to learn, scale up to the organization needs and understand technology and skills)

Mr. Aravind Irodi : Online aptitude test followed by personal interviews in the campus, and we plan to conclude the interview process by end of March. We are working with individual institutes on specific dates.

Our attrition rate is half of the industry average over the last few years.
