Siddhartha Vij: you can prepare on analytical skills, prepare aptitude well and work on your communication skills. Prepare on Digital Signal Processing and OSI layer. Brush up your last 2 sem subjects well.

anita: Hi sir, please tell me about your experience of working with colt?
Siddhartha Vij: It was an excellent experience getting opportunity to work on emerging technologies and also have empowerment to take decisions. We get ample opportunity to work on CSR initiatives outside office. Good work life balance is assured.
Aman: What will be the duration of the training period? Will it be different for different job roles?
Siddhartha Vij: It is between 4 to 6 months depending on the function you will be a part of. Yes it will change basis the function.

Siddhartha Vij: You will have job rotations for 1 year and basis your performance your career path and growth avenue shall be decided.

Siddhartha Vij: Entire training duration shall be 1 year and you will be trained in one of the functions for which you are shortlisted which are (Service delivery, Network operations, Network Engineering)

Siddhartha Vij: These will be aptitude based test. You can prepare on Communication, Analytics, Logical Reasoning.
