Adeeeh: Dear sir, I am Adeesh, a student of Dayalbagh educational Institute. Can you please tell how you recruit..?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Finoit is looking to hire candidates who have basic knowledge of C, C++, Java, .Net, Node.JS or any other programming languages. There will be a test on First Naukri only, if you are selected then there will be a face to face round, if selected in it then the final HR round.
Adeesh: Ok sir, thank you. Can you please tell when the test would be.. ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: The process will start from next week only. We will be sending an invite to all colleges and will be planning a pool drive initially in Delhi-NCR and then in different states. You shall be receiving the notification about the same.
Pragati Jainn: how to improve coding practise in minimum time?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Pragati, you shall pick up one language and try to build the core concepts by doing all sorts of questions. Start with an easy one and then as you feel confident increase the difficulty level.
Akriti: what are your expectations from a fresher who just passed out from college ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Akriti, the candidates should have basic knowledge of C, C++, Java and good aptitude.
Aman: How long will be the training period and what all technologies will be covered?
Bhupendra Choudhary: The training period is 6 months, divided into two steps. First three months are core concepts learning, where a mentor will be coaching you in it. The next three months will be refining those skills and Team integration. We will be assigning a technology to each selected candidate in one of the domains chosen by Finoit e.g. .NET, Java, Node.js, LAMP (PHP/Python), Angular, Android, iOS, and other Open Source Technologies, etc.
abhinav singla: can i get internship in finoit?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Abhinav, we do not have internship opportunities at the moment. We are going to recruit directly as soon as in Feb (if selected).
neeharika: H Sir, I'm interested in the job profile of FINOIT, but I want to understand more about the agreement/bond details that you've for your organization. Can you please brief about the same?
Bhupendra Choudhary: The bond is for 2.5 years. During that training period, every candidate is trained in their assigned technology. The total investment by Finoit on your training which includes infra, mentor cost, and your salaries is huge and goes far more compared to the value of service agreement. In all, our purpose is that when we are giving you a great learning opportunity and build your coreskills in 1-2 years and wishing to have long term sustainability for Finoit.
rajat mohan sharma: what is the job profile sir?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Rajat, if selected then based on your performance and current skills Finoit will be assigning one of these technologies .NET, Java, Node.js, LAMP (PHP/Python), Angular, Android, iOS, Node.JS and other Open Source Technologies, etc.
Aduitey Dubey: Hello Sir, is there any scope for QA testing in your organisation?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi, yes, the QA testing scope for both manual as well automation testing is there, however, the drive is being conducted for the development profile only.
Simran Kaur: Hi Sir, i am good at aptitude but not that much at coding , does it really affect the interview process ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Simran, we expect to have minimum coding skills so that one could do well in training.
SHUBHAM BHARDWAJ: Is there is any job in Data Science for fresher?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Shubham, such opportunities arises majorly once you have the required skillsets. Data science job for freshers isn't available at Finoit at the moment.
Rohit Mehta: What are the necessary qualifications that a candidate should have to apply for this job?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Rohit, you should have a minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th and during graduation. Along with it minimum aptitude and coding skills.
Kamya: Good afternoon Sir, what are the opportunities that we would be getting going forward in the organization, if we get a chance to work for it?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Kamya, there are lots of opportunities with us. Once starting as a fresher, you could build your core skills, you are mentored by the best and if you are responsible then there is a chance to grow faster based on your role within Finoit. We also have programs where we provide training to enhance your skills, certifications for AWS, Microsoft, other technologies. Also, many of the Finoit's ex-employees are working in Paytm, Flipkart, Lenskart, MNCs and top companies of India.
Vikrant sharma: Hello sir, I am.much interested in Machine learning and innovation technology.. please suggest if you have opportunities for the same
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Vikrant, such opportunities are there, however, it can only be achieved once you have a minimum knowledge of certain technology. I would recommend you focus on it first and then build your skills for AI/ML.
Samiksha: What will be the hiring process and what will be the job location?
Bhupendra Choudhary: HI Samkisha, the hiring process will have three rounds, Apti and coding test, Face to face with the technical panel and finally face to face with HR panel. The job location is Noida, Sector 62.
Arjun: Hi Sir, if i got selected what would be the earliest joining date ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Arjun, the joinings will be given in two sessions. The first lot of approx. 10 candidates will be given joining in the month of February 2020 and a second lot of approx. 10 candidates will be given joining in the month of June/July 2020.

Aushnik: How good a candidate should be in coding skills according to the requirement that you have?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Aushnik, we expect you to have good aptitude skills and basic knowledge of C, C++, Java or any other programming language you might be comfortable in.

Surbhi Rawat: What are the factors on which you judge candidate for appraisal or promotion ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Surbhi, we have a performance management system, in which every employee is appraised on an annual basis. The factors include criteria such as Team Work, Communication, Productivity, Punctuality, Proactiveness, Decision Making in assigned work, etc.
Rohit Mehta: Will there be night shifts?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Rohit, we do not have night shifts at the moment.
Samiksha: Do the employees have to work outside working hours?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Samkisha, we provide work-life balance and try to ensure that every project runs on-time and in a smooth fashion. However, if there is a requirement or delivery pending then the whole team might have to stretch once in a while to ensure we deliver what we promised to our clients.
Sagrika Chandra : ok, thank you. what skillset is preferable for the same?
Bhupendra Choudhary: The general preference is some course in the same or fine arts degree. Also, we do not provide cab facility.
GOVIND KUMAR MISHRA: what is the difference between the programming we have learnt and the work we are going to do?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Govind, there is a lot of difference. Majorly we are going to train and prepare you for the future. While working in a professional environment you will learn how the industry works, how to write structured, optimal and scalable software, and why it matters.
Aman: Is this profile open for all candidates or just for candidates from specific campuses?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Aman, the profile is open for all the campuses. You could apply if you match the required criteria.
Rishabh: Hi Sir, I am a student of electrical branch , am i eligible for the profile ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Rishabh, the position is available for CS/IT/CCE and ECE branches only.

Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Ankita, there is no such reservation. It is purely on your skills and performance. However, we try to maintain a good gender ratio.
Anjali awasthi: Hello sir, I'm Anjali Awasthi. I'm student of uiet kanpur. My question is what will be level of coding exam?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Anjali, the coding round will be of basic level only.

Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Parul, it will be helpful, however, primarily it's about your performance in aptitude and coding round as well in face to face technical panel round.
Karan: Will there be leaves provided at the time of exams?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Karan, yes, the leaves will be provided during your exams.
pankaj: Hi Sir, does finoit do any activties for CSR??
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Pankaj, we run various campaigns and try to build awareness in our team members on various fronts. We work in collaborations with NGOs for the same.
Mihir: Hi Sir, what is the hiring process and what are your expectations from the freshers?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Mihir, the hiring process has three rounds, coding and apti test, F2F with the technical panel and then F2F HR round.
Prateek Awasthi: Sir, i am good at playing cricket , is there a cricket team for your organisation or do you participate in corporate tournaments ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Prateek, we are in the process of setting up a team. We would love to have you in that team if you are selected in the test.
shankar singh badhouria: Sir should i revise all languages for the interview or should I focus on one language to clear the interview..also please share your tips to clear the interview round. .thank you sir
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Shankar, you should just focus on one language in which you are most comfortable and confident.
Shubham: HI Sir, is there any joining bonus at the time of bond completion ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Shubham, you will be having your appraisals as per the process at the time of bond completion, which shall bring in happiness I believe.
Isha: whom do you consider competitors in the market ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Isha, we are majorly working in US and Canada market, we have worked with fortune 500 companies, SMBs and startups so defining a competitor in such a vast market isn't feasible.
Chandan: Good evening Sir, I want to ask whether Finoit provides any sponsored courses for employees to upskill their knowledge or not?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Chandan, we have subscribed for such accounts and provide access to our employees. We also have training programs for various certifications e.g. AWS, MS technologies, etc.
Vishwa: Is there any provision of work from home ?
Bhupendra Choudhary: Hi Vishwa, it is completely dependent on the situation. If its a need of the hour with a valid reason then it is feasible.
