SundarRajan M: There is an Early Intervention Program (EIP) before you join us in June. Pls complete the e-learning and it has a simple assessment. Pls complete it.
JAGILAM NIKHIL: Dear Sir, Is there any chance of reducing the bond to 2 or less years? What is the pay scale,will it increase for half year or more than half year?
SundarRajan M: Service Agreement is for 3 years. Payscale is mentioned in your LOI. After completion of your stipend period, you will have regular annual appraisals.
P.vamsi Krishna: Hii sir actually at the time of recruitment they 6months of training will be given
SundarRajan M: 3 Months common training and the next 3 months on-the-job training specific to the domain/project
Intiyaz Kalluru: There are some romours in online that the freshers have to show 1 lakh security deposit,is that true?
SundarRajan M: Pls dont believe any rumors. No deposit is required to be paid.
Sayan Ghosh: I have tried to access the EIP but every time I log in , it says "user not in directory" . How can I fix this ?
SundarRajan M: EIP portal will open 45 days prior to your joining date.

SundarRajan M: You will be trained in Foundation Soft skills like Speakingup, Communication etc. and Foundation Tech Skills - SQL, Java, HTML/CSS etc and CoE specific tracks

SundarRajan M: Your preference will be considered but the final decision will be taken based on the results of assessment

SundarRajan M: As mentioned earlier, you will have a Early Intervention Program before joining which has basic technical modules like SQL, Java, HTML, CSS etc. kindly complete it. After joining, you have go through the Foundation Training for Soft Skills and Tech Skills which will be indepth in the skills mentioned above plus some advanced tech skills like Angular etc. You will also be put through CoE specific training before the project assigment

SundarRajan M: The training program is common for all disciplines. Your skill level will assessment and then assigned to projects

Durai vignesh: i was expecting joining from february for training!i was told that the feb batch is full,Are'nt any of them getting trained by this month.can you please tell on what basis batches are alotted.
SundarRajan M: Feb batches were full based on our demand fulfillment for Q1. Pls make it for our next batch in June.

SundarRajan M: Transportation Facilities are available at a very minimal cost. Free shuttles also run frequently.

Sreevathsan: Hello sir ! I am from SRM University chennai and I got placed in Hexaware through campus placement . Is the Mavericks training program different from normal training programs in Hexaware ?
