  • Kaivalya Borgaonkar: How is the PGET (Premier Graduate Engineer Trainee) different from the GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee), other than the salary?

  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: Premier Mavericks will go through 10 weeks of Foundation training, followed by 5 weeks of Stream Specific training in Product Engineering, Analytics, Automation, Innovation etc.
  • Monali Bhattacharya: will we be joining remotely for now or will we relocate for the training as well

  • Sumeet Kumar Sahoo: Good Evening, Sir. What are the most probable joining dates for PGET candidates?
  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: The PGET joining dates are likely in May/June
  • Sajja Yashwanth: Sir after accepting the letter of intent, what is the furthur procedure? when the internship for PGET role starts?
  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: After accepting the LOI, we will invite you for joining in May/June time lines and further process will be detailed in a separate joining invitations

  • Mansi Shrivastava: When will we have our joining letter and what will be the location?
  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: As of now organization is working from Home till End of June, most likely the training will be virtual from wherever you are , in case of any changes to it we will notify in the joining mailers
  • Prachi Chauhan: what is the exact joining date for DIT university students
  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: Joining invitations will be sent basis the demand but before june we are planning to onboard all the PGET offered candidates
  • Anthony Thomas: Good evening Sir! I wanted to know if accommodation is provided for freshers and if not will sufficient time be given searching for one?
  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: Accomodation to be taken care by the candidate, our team can provide information related to relocation, however since the training is expected to be virtual as of now, not to worry about relocation till we update you on any changes to it
  • Yogeshwar Vaithyanathan: Good evening! Since this semester has been delayed by COVID, we may have our final exams and project reviews in June. How should we work around it sir?
  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: We will setup a call with all the concerned stakeholders (Hexaware/College/Students) to understand the exam schedule and then plan the joining accordingly
  • Shambhavi Agrawal : Sir is there anyway to change the registered mail id with the company or provide an alternate mail id as i receive all my mails in the college id and after the college gets over it will be difficult

  • Barna Debnath: What will be the entire procedure before joining?
  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: The procedure is only a document submission/verification and Franking of Service agreement before joining , you need to have PAN Card mandatorily before joining
  • ABHRADIPTA CHAKRABORTY THAKUR: What is the bond period and amount for PGET? Do we need to deposit the bond amount prior to joining or will it be taken at the time of leaving before expiring of the bond period?
  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: Service agreement duration is 2 Years and if there is a breach to it, then 2 Lakhs to be payable to the organization, no need to pay anything in advance.
  • Aryan: Sir when will our internship start?
  • Muruganantham A. & Veerappaji Shivanna: We are not offering any internship, but if you are talking about the early joining, we are planning to have a batch whereever the collegs have finished their semester exams. We will talk to your TPOs and share more information on that
