shakil: sir can you describe the difference between automation and manual testing?? and which is best for any organization??
Shridhar Shukla and Manish Sapariya : Hi Shakil. Automation is for executing routine and sequential tasks through a program so they can be done efficiently. Manual testing is typically reserved when a lot of domain experience is to be brought to bear on the testing activity. Typically, both are a must. Automation requires programming and scripting skills and manual testing requires domain expertise.

Shridhar Shukla and Manish Sapariya : Sumeet, we have very comprehensive BootCamp program for 2 months. First month is training sessions by experts from various teams followed by 1 month assignment. There are development and testing specifics sessions for respective career path.

Shridhar Shukla and Manish Sapariya : Hi Akash - the process consists of a test followed by rigorous interviews. The characteristics we expect are on slide 10. We expect a lot of hands-on problem solving.

Shridhar Shukla and Manish Sapariya : Supriya: If you are recruited as a test engineer, we do not switch to a development engineer position. Why would you want to switch. For us test engineer = development engineer. Both require programming skills and face the same growth prospects.
