Neha Aminbhavi: Vedant Equip Sales and Services Pvt Ltd, was established in 1988 under the able guidance of technocrat turned entrepreneur Mr. Vikas D. Toke as a trading organization dealing mainly with water treatment products of Thermax Ltd. Vedant is among the first channel partners of Thermax Water Treatment Division in India.
Today, Vedant is proud of its association with leading global manufacturing brands like Atlas Copco, Crompton Greaves, Foseco, Premium Energy, Demag, Thermax, Shell & Houghton.
Neha Aminbhavi: The organization caters to a wide range of customers through an array of products ranging from Lubricants & Chemicals, Cranes, Compressors, Gear box, Pumps & Motors to Water treatment plants.
During the past 27 years Vedant has a business relationship with more than 5000 customers.

Neha Aminbhavi: A fresher shall start as a "Trainee" & based upon the performance & achievemnt of targets & climb up the organisation ladder.
Neha Aminbhavi: from Trainee can become Sales Eng then Sr. Sales eng, Asst Manager, Manager & then HOD for the vertical/department
Neha Aminbhavi: We have various development plans for our employees which shall help them grow in the organisation.

Neha Aminbhavi: There is no bond. for a period of 1 year the freshers are taken as a trainees. Afetr successful completion of a year & based upon the performance one can be taken on company payroll or can be given a certificate for working for 1 year.
Visakh AH: do we have to perform any field work apart from office work
Neha Aminbhavi: The profile is 80% field work only. Pls ref the JD. One has to travel, do market analysis, generate enquires.
