Anup Sharma : KSB Group is one of the leading suppliers of pumps, valves and systems. KSB has been growing continuously since it was founded in the year 1873 with more than 16000 employees contributing towards sales revenue of over two billion Euros.

Anup Sharma : Short listing criteria
Should have passed BE/B. Tech (Mechanical / Production) from a recognized university (or university affiliated under UGC)
Should have graduation score 60% i.e. first class minimum
He/she has completed graduation in the current calendar year.

Anup Sharma : First round of screening based of application pool and then , individual invites will be shared on e mail . on day of drive students need to attend Online test ( Technical + Aptitude + Logical reasoning etc) Personal interview.
mangesh patil: sir what type of job designation is in ur Ksb pump for fresher
Anup Sharma : We invite young and dynamic engineers from mechanical and production for Graduate Engineering trainee position. The hired trainee will undergo Induction and 1 month Shop Floor training to know about business and manufacturing processes. On completion of the phase he/ she will be assigned to functions such as Operations, Sales and MKTG Project and Application etc for on job learning and subsequent development.
Sagar Tripathi: Sir I wanted to ask whether 2014 pass outs are eligible for the openings you have in your company.
Anup Sharma : As we mentioned , the process is assigned to 2015 pass out only
Chirag Solanki: Sir, what will be the duration of training?
Anup Sharma : The trainees will be hired for one year of time frame . Based on performance and availability of position , he / she will be absorbed.

Anup Sharma : The process is already explained. We are happy to inform you that more than 70 % of GET's are absorbed

Anup Sharma : Learning capability, Technical know-how , Analytical Ability etc are preferred Skill sets

Anup Sharma : The process is scheduled from September 10th to 15th at various locations, subsequent invitations will be shared based on shortlisting of candidates. candidates will get a detailed mail .......All the best
Onkar Kakad: Sir, Is there any bond/service agreement while joining KSB Pumps ?
Anup Sharma : Yes . Selected candidates will be registered under board of apprentice for one year. If Candidate is absorbed in organization he / she need to sign a bond of two years.
Chirag Solanki: After the training period if we don't get hired then will receive an acknowledgement for the training we took?
Anup Sharma : YES you will receive the certificate. Be optimistic for subsequent placements !
Sagar Tripathi: Sir what is the salary package being offered.
Anup Sharma : We appreciate the concern , In addition to subsidized transport and Canteen facility, we allocate a stipend to GET. Last year it was 18,000 per month.
PAVAN HIRANANDANI: Sir , When will be the results of the application screening going to be declared?
Anup Sharma : The same will be released through personal invitation via mail from September 03 onward
Avinash jangam: Do KSB uses softwere for analysis of pumps like CFD,ANSYS ?
Anup Sharma : Yes. A separate entity of KSB group is using all requisite software CFD, ANSYS and many other.
Ryan: once selected when would the training commence?
Anup Sharma : The Joining will be in month of October 2015

Anup Sharma : Yes. Performance will be rewarded and subsequent revision will be done.
